Installation Instructions


1.  Click the link provided to you by GDS21 to download the .msi file.

2.  Run the .msi file.

3.  Review and accept the terms in the license agreement.

4.  The application will install then display a dialog box. Leave the box checked to Launch Excel and click Finish.

5.  Open a new Blank Workbook.

6.  Click the Acumatica Ribbon that is now on the Excel toolbar.

7.  In the Ribbon, click Connection Manager, then click the Add Connection button in the dialog box that pops up and fill out the fields:

     – The name can be anything you like, but it is best to keep it simple.

     – Include ‘https://’ in the URL and exclude anything beyond ‘.com’.

     – If you sign into a specific tenant in Acumatica, enter it. Otherwise, leave this field blank.

     – Enter your Acumatica Username and Password. Check ‘Remember Password’ ONLY if you are certain no one else will use your Windows profile.

8.  Click Connect to initiate the setup of the Acumatica-Excel connection.

9.  Chart, graph, and pivot to your heart’s content with added functions that pull real-time financial data from Acumatica!
